Probably should have left this one to ferment a while longer, maybe another week with a slightly warmer temp. |

Still 'sweet' and bitter. Probably should have left it in the fermenter another week or so. Drinkable, but not quite what I was expecting. |

After a few weeks, lots of sediment in the bottles, possibly throwing an off taste. Probably my fault for not waiting at least another week on the fermentation |
