Notes

Recipe based on Guten 40L by Keg King (all in one).

Depending on water loss, adjust the mash/sparge ratio. The mash in this case was moderately thick but thin enough to stir and recirculate.

Water amounts will be tweaked based on brew performance.

Sparge water to meet pre-boil volume of 28L, depending on boil off temperature and efficiency, should end up with SG 1060 and approximately 24L fermenter volume.
