Notes

Mash at 152 for 60 minutes.
Recirculate for 20 minutes.
Sparge and recirculate for 20 minutes.
Boil for 60 minutes.
Add first hops at flameout. Chill immediately to 180.
Add whirlpool hops. Cover and let stand 30 minutes.
Chill to ~70 degrees. Transfer and pitch yeast.
Add first dry hops at high krausen.
Add second dry hops about 5 days after high krausen.
Rack to keg 7 days after high krausen.
