did 30 min whirlpool because of large qty of hops and ran through plate chiller with pre-chiller in bucket of ice and water. Halfway through transfer we added our starter and after transfer aerated for 30 sec with O2. placed in fermentation chamber at 68F setpoint. started plaato. |

fermentation took off and krausen was just about to reach plaato. Stopped plaato and replaced with hose and jar of sanitizer. |

dropped temp to 10 deg C. Start of cold crash. Attached CO2 bottle and set flow to lowest possible flow. Beer actually does look more clear. |
