Notes

First attempt at a traditional kristallweizen. Since I still lack the ability to maintain lagering temperatures or cold crash, I am choosing a yeast that still gives us a good ester content at warmer temperatures. In order to get that clear kristall nature of this brew, I chose one with a medium to high flocculation.
Lastly, the addition of Irish moss to my boil should help with the clarity as well.
