Notes

Brew day went well except noticed that removing the silicone whirlpool extender caused a ton of HSA.

Will need to dial back flow control whenver pump is on.

Finished product had a ton of cough syrup flavor. Could have been because my mash was too hot or the HSA from whirlpool.
