As we started stirring in our grains we were left at 5.5 Ph so we poured in lactic acid and accidentally brought it to 4.8. 2 Tbsp of Ph solution and 4 g of Baking soda later we were at 5.2
our mash got hung up during the temp increase to 162. there was cinnamon sticks in the pump |
