8.5 gallon mash at strike temp @ 158.6 F led to mash temp = 152.8 F for 75 minutes.

After mash, starting volume = 8 gallons.
SG = 11.2 Brix = 1.045 g/L

OG = 13.4 Brix = 1.054 g/L

On 6/10/2021 the Brix was 7.2 which equals 1.014 g/L after correction.
