Initial strike water 14.7l but temp too high because of fault with the thermometer. Added 2 l of cold water to correct this then reduced the sparge water to 12.7L |

The higher temps during the mash probably accounts for the higher FG but still smells pretty good and doesn't taste too sweet. |
