Strike temp 74 gave mash temp around 67/68. Couldnt get a good reading because the mash was so thick |

Added 3 tins mango pulp. Temp has been too hot, fermenting around 24/25 degrees. Fermentation looks to be nearly done, krausen has dropped |

took gravity reading and sample. Very thick and mangoey. Definitely got a lot of alcohol warmth which is probably because of the high fermentation temp. Bitterness seems a touch high too but this may subside when conditioned |
