Notes

Brew Date - 5/30/2021

OG - 1.062

Bottled - 6/30/21 - used 4 oz of table sugar in a pint of water, boiled 15 minutes. Cooled, racked to bottling bucket and went to town. First time bottling, always kegged. Got 58-59, 12 oz bottles. Very happy with how the caps went on, and I was able to sanitize all the bottles in the dishwasher.

FG was .993, over 100% attenuation. Is this common with a cider? Tasted it, strong, dry, green, but not bad. Will try again in two weeks. Ended with an ABV of 9%
