  1. Start by adding 3 gallon of apple juice and 1 gallon of pineapple
    juice to fermenter.
  2. Warm but not boil 1 gallon of apple juice add honey, yeast
    nutrient, energizer, and hops. steep for 15 min.
  3. Once done add to fermenter along with cloves.
  4. At this time take gravity reading.
  5. Pitch yeast.
