Notes

Inspired by Full Sail Amber
Future variants, I might use an english ale yeast, eg SafAle 04, or comparable liquid yeast

For this iteration, should have kept to about a 6% ABV plan or added more hops. Of the two malt extracts, I would back off of the dark DME first. It was maltier than expected, tasting as much like a dopplebock as an amber.
