We had some problems with the perforated disc sticking to the grain bed and water not getting through so the one hour mash was done at 1850, but we did not hit 170 degrees until 2024. |

I lowered CO2, bled tank, put at 10 PSI and poured a glass. It is lightly carbonated and I am pulling off some hop trub. I pulled a few little pours and still got hop trub. I thought a glass or 2 would get rid of it all, but after a pint or so, I still had some coming off. I turned the CO2 back up to 30 PSI about 1830. Taste is good. Hoppy with a slight bitterness. |
