OG 1.055

Bittering hops pulled at 40min as adding and stirring LME dropped temp to 180. Hops added back when temp rose back to boil

All hops left in pot throughout cool down.

Wort very peppery.

20lb ice added to cooling water once tap water run through the wort chiller dropped temp to 120. Final wort temp 58 degrees.
