We have fermentation. My worries about the harvested yeast from a Hobgoblin knock-off are now assuaged. Seem to be VERY happy this morning. |

Bottled today. Very nice clarity right down to the trub when I racked it to the bottling bucket. Captured the trub to harvest the yeast, and will start another batch that likes English Ale Yeast and is a dark beer.
This one is a bit darker than anticipated. I'm guessing a little too much Crisp 60 in it. |
