Boiled longer as rhubarb was not ready and juicer broke. supposed to be 60 minute boil and was 160 minute. |

took sample. Lots of bubbles in the cylinder. Looks like 1.025 at 66 degrees. I thought it was all done fermenting as it slowed down so quick after I moved it into the cellar, perhaps I need to move it back out into the laundry room where it is a little warmer. Taste is fairly balanced. It is a little sweet, followed by a hint of sour. I really do not taste the rhubarb. |

A bit higher than I expected, but it hasn't moved in a couple of days. It is cloudy, so I could rack it but I will just put into a keg. |

Final Gravity is 1.025. Potential Alcohol = 3.0%.
Total alcohol is 8.2-3.0= 5.2% according to Forgotten Sea and 5.38% according to Brewer’s Friend.

I finished the keg. I poured some into a Howler so Kevin could try it tomorrow but I needed the space for the Bavarian Wheat in the freezer. I would certainly make this again. |
