Actually used 2kg of Joe Whites Malt which I mashed out.
Also a Coopers Stout Can not an IPA Can
OG was 1.053
Has Lactose which is unfermentable
Put 1 Habanero chilli in the boil for 20 minutes
Did a yeast Starter with 6 year old Safale 05

Used Brewcraft Irish Stout Enhancer which included all of the extra ingredients.
