I believe it has a diacetyl flavor - my office was too warm - 75ยบ - will have to move the fermentation chamber to the basement for the summer. I am secondarying the beer in the fridge to see what it does - dry hopped too. |

So, full disclosure - I got lazy. Rather than using the pump, I used the immersion coil and never got the temp low enough to begin with, never kept up with the ice in the fermentaion chamber, and left it in my office for two weeks - the hottest room in the house and it is summer time. There, I feel better. |
