Notes

Conditioned on 2oz dried ancho & Guajillo peppers, 3 oz dried chipotle peppers chopped with seeds for 5 days. Probably a bit too much - hides some of the chocolate and cinnamon notes.

I would do half as much although flavors may fade in time.
