Brew Day 6/1/21

  • Starting mash temp = 152 degrees F
  • Halfway mash temp = 150 degrees F

  • Six gallons of wort post mash

  • Starting gravity = 1.049
  • Looks like the wheat hurt the efficiency. The raw wheat especially didn't look crushed well.

  • Gravity 6/8/21 = 1.012
    -Final gravity = 1.012. Kegged 6/27/21. 4.9% ABV.
