Quick Water Requirements
Water Gallons  Quarts
WARNING: Boil kettle capacity (12 gal | 48 qt) exceeded. Volume required: 32.2 gal (128.8 qt). Suggest reducing initial water volume to 6.91 gal (27.64 qt) and adding 20.2 gal (80.8 qt) sparge/top-off.
WARNING: Mash tun capacity exceeded. Volume required: 43.18 gal (172.7 qt). Suggest reducing initial water volume to 9.2 gal (36.8 qt) and adding 31.18 gal (124.7 qt) sparge/top-off. 40.38 161.5
Heat water added to kettle (equipment estimates 31.49 g | 125.9 qt) 40.38 161.5
Mash volume with grains (equipment estimates 31.49 g | 125.9 qt) 43.18 172.7
Grain absorption losses (steeping) -4.38 -17.5
Mash Lauter Tun losses -0.25 -1
Pre boil volume (equipment estimates 27.11 g | 108.4 qt) 36 144
Volume increase from sugar/extract (late additions) 5.09 20.4
Boil off losses -1.75 -7
Hops absorption losses (first wort, boil, aroma) -0.45 -1.8
Post boil volume 30 120
Top off amount 1 4
Going into fermentor 31 124
WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Notes

Barrel aged for 2 years in bourbon barrels with med toast levels to extract the vanillins and caramel flavors with the smokiness of the bourbon. Prob. use (2) 15 gal barrels?
Packaging ideas: serve in crowler (?) cans with packaging exterior designed to look like a barrel. Name a reference to Ten Towns area of Faerun known for treasure hunting.
