Notes

Aged 1-2 years in merlot barrels of a 60-gallon size. Med+ toast levels increased nutty flavors and deep mocha notes w/ dry merlot finish on the tongue and balanced oak notes from the aging.
Packaging ideas: serve in 750 ml glass bottles, with red/black glass like a red wine.
