Sparged as per usual. Mash might a been a bit low on temp. Mash started high due to PID sensor error overread 72 instead of 65. |

Boiled as per recipie.
Maybe lost a little volume hard to tell with kegmentor.
Wort is super pale.
Nice break in sample.
Took 1.5lt for starter overnight.

Looks like fermentation is done. It tastes done kinda dry but nice and fresh hop aroma. I hope it stays.
Let ferm temp hit 23in end . Fermented 21.5 mostly.
Overnight has cooled it to 16c |

Went to transfer a few days ago and had some hops block post spring.
Transfer went smoothly enough
Had to open fermentor first time to unblock.
Sample smelled nice and fresh good hop aroma too.
Tastes a bit light in malt flavour but hops are nice and up there.
Should be a great beer. |

Started off with a bit of a "taste" to it but finished quite Quafable. Maybe that's the 23c yeast ferment.
Hop aroma was great at the start. Fadded a bit bit a great beer to brew again.
I think this is a perfect summer beer. |
