Using brew in a bag method without recirculating pump. Stirring every 15 min. Keep unit at 70% power. At 10min remaining step up temp to mash out to 160 |

Boil complete 2.75 gallons at 130f this is before I add water to reach desired volume . Added water in the kettle once the wort was cooled to 85 f. Next time add water in the fermentor |
