Notes

Baseline Pilsner Batch 1.
This will be the baseline to make adjustments (IBU Strength, Hop Selection, Specialty Grains) Fermented in the SS Brewtech BME Conical with temp control. The temp will be 55f and ramped up to 61 after 75% Attenuation. This will be monitored by using the Tilt Hydrometer. Using Escarpment Labs Premium Pilsner. It's not listed here, so I chose the Czech Pilsner.
Water is Distilled. Whirlfloc Tablet at 10 minutes left.
