Notes

This is an excellent, easy drinking IPA that I have made 4 or 5 times now. This is a West Coast styled IPA using very little toasted malt, resulting in a very light coloured and mild tasting IPA without the sometimes distracting flavours that too much toast and caramel can add to IPAs. In my opinion, really good IPAs are not malty at all, allowing the true nature and flavour of the hops to shine through. Flame out addition of Galaxy Hops provides an exceptionally balanced flavour with notes of passionfruit, grapefruit, pineapple, and hibiscus. Give it a shot
