Notes

Pitched two packs of yeast into 60 wort. Set keezer at 60 for the first four days then removed from keezer allowed to free rise to ambient 70* temp. Beer finished at 1.008. Good clarity and nice clean flavor when transferred to keg w/ dextrose.
