Notes

First attempt at this recipe has several nuances, so I have very little idea as to what it would actually taste like if I did it properly! The mash was a disaster as I had changed the design of my home made mash tun and it ran off far too quickly so the efficiency if way down... The wort collected from mashing ended up sitting in the kitchen for 36 hours before I could boil it and the final wort that went into the fermenter tasted slightly sour... who knows, it might work - hoppy IPA flavours with a sour undertone :-)
