2048 – all cleaned up. It took a bit longer as we had to clean out the pump. It had hops stuck in it. We kept pushing water in with the hose and trying to run the pump. I also used a mini brush but that did not seem to get anything out. We just got a little bit of hops out each time, and eventually the pump really started to pump. |

I took a sample and it looks like it may be done fermenting already, or close. Some pressure in the airlock. I decided to rack it.
I took a sample on 25 June 2021 when I kegged and it looked like 1.015 at first, and then it dropped to 1.012. I was going to change it here, but it looks like I can do another entry for fermentation complete and it adjusted the recipe and ABV. |

Taste is good. Carbonation is light after 2 days at 30 PSI so giving it another 12 to 24 hours. |

Tasted a bit before I switched the product line over to the Karma Citra Session IPA. It is good and carbonation is right on. |
