Looks like things are done primary fermentation was done a couple of days ago.
Sample tastes nice and clean and malty.
Will leave this a few more days yet before I bottle. |

Brew turned out a little sweet didnt aattenuate as well.
Good tight head.
Nice colour
Maybe some more carbonation
Scored 31 @QABC as above.
Next time will use a more Authentic Belgian yeast strain. |
