Tastes perfect. Another 3 litres lost due to contaminated gyle. Same old wild yeast spoiling the gyle. Either we freeze it in ziplocs or we just use sugar.
Since we are kegging this, we will try forced carbonation over 1 week and see what happens. A test we have wabted to run for a while. |
