Notes

PLEASE READ: This cider recipe is in two parts. The grains are mashed separate from the juice and added at the boil. Apple Juice is calculated at 8lbs. per gallon. The SG of my apple juice is 1.046.
The grain addition is experimental for a slight head similar to an ale. Color? No idea.
