Notes

-light honey clover or alfalfa - 1.5 lb
-dried malt extract - 1kg
-1.5 x 6 inch cinnamon stick
-grated orange peels from 6 orange (4012 -Canada)

add the crushed crystal and black patent malts to 1.5 gallons of cold water and bring to a boil.
when boiling, remove the grains. add the malt extract, honey, boiling hops and continue to boil for 45 minutes.
add the ginger, cinnamon, orange peels and continue to boil for another 10 minutes.
add finishing hops during the final 2 minutes of the boil.
sparge into fermenter and cold water.
pitch the yeast when cool.
bottle when fermentation is complete up to 4 weeks
