Entering the original gravity here under Brew Day Complete. I also entered it under boil done. This one has Fermenter volume. Estimating the amount in the fermenter. It is above the 5 gallon mark. I used about 700 ml in the starter after decanting about half. |

30 March 2021, 2140 – racked into a secondary and took a sample. Gravity is 1.012 at 69.8 degrees. Mostly just yeast on the bottom so I am putting some in a flip top bottle to harvest and use on a future Belgian beer. The taste is sweet and very true to style. It is very cloudy though. I may pull the heat band off and put it in the cellar in a couple of days to help clarify. |

I was not sure if the fermentation was complete, but I measured 15 April 2021 and got the same reading so I put in this log entry. |

I removed the heat band and moved into the cellar. It is already starter to clear up. I did not take another gravity reading today, this is from 2 days ago. |

kegged. Delicious flavor, beautiful amber color. Sweet and a little spicy. The carboy was almost full, but it fit into the keg so I figure about 5 gallons or 19 liters. |
