Fresh coconut shaving from market toasted golden brown
"Dry Hop coconut" in secondary for 4? days then re-racked
absorbed significant beer

Under-carbonated
Lost significant coconut flavor/aroma after just a few weeks
Some small coconut oil flakes came out on top of beers

Probably ditch the black malt for a Carafa III
Crystal/wheat are probably unnecessary as head retention is nil with the oil
