Pre lacto pitch gravity of 1.053. Brought wort to a quick 1-2 min boil before cooking to 100F and pitching lacto starter. Hoping the lacto starter doesn't have much yeast in it that will drop the gravity... |

pH dropped to 3.4 in 24 hour. I'm happy with that so I moved forward with the boil. Gravity dropped down to 1.031 though, so there must have been some sacc in my starter. |

Did a quick 15 min boil but accidently added the hops at 15 min rather than 10 min, so IBU is around 5ish. Also added 2 grams of yeast nutrient during the last 10 min of boil to help with the final fermentation. pitched about 1 gram of Oslo flakes directly into wort which was at 83F at time of pitch. Will let it free fall to room temp. |

Maybe have created an non alcoholic beer as it seems like no fermentation activity is happening... Beer could have been fully fermented during kettle souring and the 15min boil would have evaporated whatever alcohol was created. Letting it sit on the blueberries for a couple of days before kegging. |

Gravity transferred from Anvil to keg. Left keg at room temp in the laundry room with blow off tube to finish any clean up the yeast might still be doing. |
