Notes

upscaled from Brooklyn Brewing 1Gal recipe for Worlds greatest dad Lite.

For yeast, use full package of safale S05, or half in a .5L starter made 1 day prior. This half packet has worked very well previously for a lager.

Distilled water for sparge
London Ont filtered water for mash.

Mash PH came in at 6.0. Added .5 ml lactic but made no difference. Suspect high RA in London water.

73C strike water with 20C grain temp hit target of 67C bang on.

Rehydrate tmp is low, 75F to 84F
