Notes
  • Boil the heck outta this one, not a slow rolling boil, to minimize any DMS. This beer is so light any off tastes will be upfront and apparent.
  • I mash for 75-90 min. to get as much "fermentatables" as possible.
  • With this yeast fermentation usually completes in only a few days.
  • Flocculation takes some time either bottled or kegged. Added gelatin helps but eventually this will produce a very pale brilliant beer.
  • Surprisingly, a nice head and lacing that persists.
  • Should come out crisp and light with just a hint of bite with a nice smell from the Hallertau and Saaz hops.
