First time pressure transferring to keg, did this at 2psi. Stopped transfer when saw trub in the jumper line. Only a quart of beer left in the fermenting keg, floating dip tube seems to work well enough!
As it's been a full week I will wait and see if there's enough life left in the yeast to carbonate the beer naturally, if not I'll cold crash and force carb. |
