Notes

Mashed at 152f for 60 f.

3/10: Pitched entire 2liter starter at 66f. OG 1.060. Cooled to 54 f overnight.

3/11: Bubble Activity. Iced cooler to keep in low 50s.

3/15: Gravity 1.020. Dry hopped Citra and Mandarina. Moved to 66-68f upstairs.

3/17: Gravity 1.012.

3/18: Cold crashed. (No gelatin to preserve hops flavor/aroma)

3/20: Bottled. 2.5 carbonation.
