Notes

Miscalculated boil off rate. Ended up with total of 9 gallons between 2 fermenters. OG was 1.065, which should make the ABV ~7.4%.
Pitched yeast in both fermenters @ 71.9F. One fermenter place in chest freezer to ferment @ 80. The other fermenter is at room temp of 66, and will ferment around 70F, then drop to 66.
