Took a reading at 10.36 but didn’t mix properly so mixed again and reading was 10.38 which is bang on
Added about 50 ml kettle water as was concerned about 5.7/5.8 l of pre boil when aiming for 6. So we’ll see! |

Missed by a lot - but think the recipe was off
Recipe says 1059 but I can’t see how it is expected to go from 1038 to 1059 |

sample at 15 days was at 5.6 brix converts to 1.008 ish? Dry hopped too for the hell of it with 5g of Cascade. Might be done but still loads of bubbles so going to leave for a bit. Very dry on the sample |
