Strike water lost 24 degrees with preheated mash tun. Next time bring strike to 187 |

Heating extra water (.7 Gallons) to near boil to raise temp (at about 200 degrees)
Ended up bringing mash to 158, let cool a bit to 154 and started the timer. |
