Notes

Second Attempt at Bubble Stash clone.

Steep specialty grains for 30 min at ~160F.

Reduced boil time on Mosaic from 30 min to 20 min (-8 IBU).

Whirlpool hops for 20 min at ~170F.

Add dry hop once beer hits target FG (end of fermentation).

Cold crash 24-48 hours. Keg.

No hop resin or oil in this batch. Citra selected for melon and grapefruit notes. Specialty grains for body, mouthfeel, and head retention.
