Notes

My take on a not so popular style these days Wheat IPA. It is pretty common these days to see nothing below 5.5 at a Craft Brewery, so I decided to make my American Wheat a bit more potent.

Adding Gypsum to Inner Sydney Tap Water, hopefully it will bring the PH up, and lead to a better tasting, Wheat Beer.
