Notes

Supposed to be based on Ballast Point Sculpin, but I don't think it bears much resemblance. Over-attenuation again, so we're at almost 8% here, even though the body doesn't reflect that amount of alcohol. Smells better than it tastes. I get this weird over-ripe grape note that I've gotten on other pale ales and IPAs over the last few years. Not sure if it's some kind of ester or hop derived. This is fine, but not what I wanted it to be.
