Notes

Final dry hop is in keg, in muslin bag.

Brew note - took the Scott Janish approach and did the whirlpool addition at flameout, and did a 30min hopstand. Dropped chiller into 200F or so wort. Chilled to 60f, fermented at 64f for 4 days, then added dry hop and raised temp to 68F for 10 days.
