At this point, airlock bubbles about once every 5-7 seconds. Krausen formed in the little available space at top. Swirled carboy a decent amount to stir up the bottom layer of yeast, and some nasty gray clumps came with it. Krausen no longer on surface, though a healthy 1/2 inch of foam covers everything. |
