Attempt to create repeatable recipe for an easy drinking beverage using fairly new world hops with some focus on cost.

v1 - change to no sparge; use small batch adapter; reduce galaxy from 37 to 20 gram amounts (was getting rid of bag); change mosaic to ekuanot hot and azacca + 15g dry due to stock; add pale +2and add wheat +1; reduce dry hop citra by 15g
